I. Overview. Millenium Products, Inc. (“Millenium,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) is a Florida corporation that operates the website www.milleniumproducts.net (the “Site”) and provides the products, software, and services described on the Site (the “Services”), including products of our own and products distributed from third-party brand partners. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and protect Personal Information that identifies, describes, or can reasonably be linked to you. It applies to visitors, prospective customers, and customers of the Site and Services.
Millenium is an independent company. The third-party brand partners whose products we distribute or resell maintain their own websites, products, and privacy practices, governed by their own published policies. This Privacy Policy does not apply to those third-party websites or to products and services governed by a third-party manufacturer’s or licensor’s privacy terms.
II. Personal Information We Collect.
a) When you register, subscribe, or contact us: Name, email address, phone number, job title, organization name, organization address, and similar business contact details. We do not collect payment-card information directly; payment data is handled by third-party processors.
b) When you communicate with us or request support: Name, contact details, and the content of your communications, including the nature of your inquiry.
c) When you submit a quote request or place an order: Name, contact details, organization information, agency or contract-vehicle information (including GSA, TXMAS, or other purchasing-program references), and the technical content of your request.
d) When you apply for a position: Name, contact details, resume or CV, employment history, and any portfolio links you choose to share.
e) Internet, device, and usage data: IP address, browser type and operating system, device identifiers, referring websites, search terms, session ID, page views, and visit duration.
f) Cookies and analytics: We use cookies and analytics tools (such as Google Analytics) to understand how visitors use the Site. You can manage cookies through your browser or opt out of certain analytics tools using vendor-provided opt-out mechanisms.
III. Sources of Personal Information. We collect Personal Information directly from you when you provide it; automatically through your use of the Site; from authorized third parties (such as our customers when you act on their behalf, or contracting officers acting on behalf of an agency); and from our service providers.
IV. How We Use Personal Information. We use Personal Information to operate, maintain, and improve the Site and Services; respond to inquiries, quote requests, and customer-support matters; coordinate fulfillment, delivery, and warranty processing; perform contract administration, including under our GSA and TXMAS contract vehicles; send service updates and notices; provide marketing communications where permitted; perform analytics and reporting; prevent fraud or misuse; and comply with our legal and contractual obligations.
V. How We Disclose Personal Information. We may share Personal Information with: (1) third-party brand partners and manufacturers whose products we distribute, where necessary to fulfill an order, register a product, process a warranty claim, provision a license, or provide post-sale support; (2) third-party service providers (such as hosting, analytics, email, customer-support, payment-processing, and shipping vendors) acting on our behalf; (3) contracting agencies, prime contractors, or government oversight bodies in connection with purchases made through GSA, TXMAS, or other government contract vehicles; (4) law enforcement, regulators, or other authorities when required by law; (5) parties involved in a corporate transaction such as a merger, acquisition, or asset sale; and (6) other parties with your consent. We do not sell Personal Information.
VI. Your Choices. You may update or request deletion of your information by contacting us at info@milleniumproducts.net. We may retain certain information where required by law, contractual obligation, or legitimate business need (for example, to maintain audit, tax, government-contract, warranty, or order records). Backup copies of deleted information may persist for a limited period before being overwritten.
VII. California Residents (CCPA / CPRA). California residents have the right to: (a) know what Personal Information we collect, use, and disclose; (b) request access to or deletion of their Personal Information; (c) know with whom Personal Information is shared; (d) correct inaccurate Personal Information; and (e) not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. To exercise a right, email info@milleniumproducts.net. We will respond within the time required by law after we verify your identity. We do not sell Personal Information.
VIII. European, UK, and Other International Residents. If you are located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction with comprehensive data-protection laws, we process your Personal Information based on contract, consent, legal obligation, or our legitimate interests. You may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or port your Personal Information, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. IX. Data Retention. We retain Personal Information only as long as necessary to provide the Services, satisfy legal or regulatory obligations (including government-contract and tax recordkeeping), support audits, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Retention periods vary based on the type and sensitivity of the data.
X. Cookies. We use the following categories of cookies: (1) essential cookies required for security and basic Site functionality; (2) performance and analytics cookies that help us understand Site usage; (3) functionality cookies that store preferences; and (4) advertising cookies that support marketing measurement. You can manage cookies through your browser settings or industry opt-out tools.
XI. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control. We do not currently respond to Do Not Track browser signals because no common standard has been adopted. We honor legally recognized opt-out signals such as Global Privacy Control where required.
XII. External Links. The Site contains links to websites operated by third-party brand partners and other independent third parties. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those sites. Please review their privacy policies separately.
XIII. Children. The Site and Services are intended for businesses and government customers and are not directed to individuals under 16. We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children.
XIV. Security. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect Personal Information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and loss. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
XV. Changes to This Policy. We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The effective date above will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site or Services after updates take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
