Who We Are milleniumproducts.net (the “Site”) is operated by Millenium Products, Inc., a Florida corporation with a principal place of business at 3131 Morris St. N, St. Petersburg, FL 33714 (“Millenium,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Millenium manufactures and sells technology products for law enforcement, corrections, and public-sector customers, including the WarDragon drone detection product line and the DragonScope decoding service. Information We Collect Contact forms and quote requests. When you request a quote or contact us, we collect the information you submit — typically your name, organization, role, email address, phone number, and message — so that we can respond and prepare your quote. Orders and invoicing. When your organization places an order, we collect and retain the business information needed to process it: purchaser and contact names, organization, billing and shipping addresses, purchase-order numbers, contract-vehicle information where applicable, and payment records. Payment card information, where used, is handled by our third-party payment processors; we do not store full card numbers. Email subscriptions. If you subscribe to our updates or we correspond with you about our products, we store your name, organization, and email address with our email service provider. Every marketing message includes an unsubscribe option. Server logs and cookies. We collect standard server logs (IP address, user agent, pages requested) for security and troubleshooting, and use cookies necessary for the operation of the Site and analytics. DragonScope Service Data If your organization licenses the DragonScope decoding service, the following applies in addition to the sections above. License and device data. Each DragonScope license is bound to a hardware-derived device fingerprint of the licensed sensor. We retain license records, device fingerprints, binding and administrative history, and monthly quota-usage summaries in order to administer the service. What we never store. Decoded drone GPS coordinates (latitude, longitude, altitude), decoded pilot and home-point coordinates, drone velocity and other decoded telemetry payload fields, and flight-path or trajectory data are never written to long-term server-side storage. These values are processed in memory only — for the purpose of returning the decoded response to your sensor and for in-memory abuse detection on a 24-hour rolling window — and are never written to disk. Your data stays yours. The decoded output produced by your sensor belongs to your organization. We make no claim of ownership over the telemetry your sensor receives. Aggregated statistics. We retain aggregated, anonymized statistics about decoder coverage. These statistics never identify individual customers, drones, or pilots. How We Use Information We use the information we collect to prepare quotes and fulfill orders; to provision, operate, and support licensed products and services; to respond to inquiries; to send transactional messages about orders, licenses, and support; to send marketing email only where permitted, with an unsubscribe option in every message; to meet the requirements of applicable government contract vehicles; and to maintain the security of the Site and our services. How We Share Information We share personal information only with service providers who help us operate — payment processors, shipping carriers, our email service provider, and our hosting providers — and, where necessary to fulfill your order, with authorized resellers or fulfillment partners. Each receives only what it needs to perform its function. We may disclose information where required by law or to protect our legal rights. We do not sell personal information. How Long We Retain Data Quote, order, and invoice records are retained as required for tax, accounting, contract, and legal purposes. Email-subscription records are retained until you unsubscribe. DragonScope quota-usage summaries and binding/administrative history are retained for twelve months. Decoded GPS coordinates and telemetry payloads are never retained, as described above. Your Rights You may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, or ask that we correct or delete it, by contacting us at the address below. If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect and how it is used, to request access or deletion, to know with whom it is shared, to correct inaccurate information, and not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. If you are located in the EEA, the UK, or another jurisdiction with comprehensive data-protection law, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or port your information and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. We do not sell personal information. This does not include data we are required to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes. If your organization operates DragonScope in a jurisdiction with applicable data-protection laws (for example, the EU GDPR, UK GDPR, or Brazil’s LGPD), your organization is the Data Controller for the drone telemetry your sensor receives; we act as a Data Processor within the limited scope of providing the decoding service. A Data Processing Addendum is available on request. Cookies We use essential cookies required for security and basic Site functionality, performance and analytics cookies that help us understand Site usage, and functionality cookies that store preferences. You can manage cookies through your browser settings. We do not respond to Do Not Track signals, as no common standard exists, but we honor legally recognized opt-out signals such as Global Privacy Control where required. External Links The Site may link to websites operated by independent third parties, including brand partners whose products we distribute. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those sites; review their policies separately. Security We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, including encryption in transit, to protect the information we hold. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Children The Site and our products are intended for business and government customers and are not directed to individuals under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
